• Photos should be sent via E-Mail in JPG format to: photos@worldwidewrap.org
• Photos should be AT LEAST 360 pixels X 270 pixels (horizontal) OR 270 pixels X 360 pixels (vertical). This corresponds to 5 inches X 3 3/4 inches at 72 dpi. The only exception will be made for those who send their photos as panoramics. In all cases, we will accept those to a maximum size of 4 mb per e-mail.
• Photos should be numbered sequentially, from 001.jpg up. (001.jpg, 002.jpg, 003.jpg . . .) The numbered order will determine their order in the display.
• If you have a movie mode on you camera, we will accept short movies, under 4 mb in size, in MPG or MOV format only.
• QTVR files will be accepted if under 4 mb in size
• You may include your full size images for future publications. We will save them and publish them in the Torchlight WWW Edition, but we cannot guarantee that they will be used at any time.

We cannot guarantee that any photos sent in other formats will be posted, nor any photos that come in other sizes. With so many clubs sending us images, it is difficult to place them all online if they do not meet the specs.
